Team Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen after signing in. It shows your organisation's AI readiness at a glance — where you are, what's in progress, and where to focus next.
The large score card at the top of the dashboard shows a composite 0–100 readiness score for your organisation. It combines three pillars, each calculated from your completed analyses and Organisation Profile.
The score updates as your team completes analyses and as your Organisation Profile matures. A higher score means more of your use cases are ready to move forward.
Below the Readiness Snapshot, four headline counters give you a quick read on adoption momentum across your organisation.
How many analyses have been fully completed by your team. Each completed report feeds into the Readiness Snapshot and, at 3+, unlocks Team Insights.
Wizard sessions that are in progress but not yet completed. A high draft count means team members have started but may need a nudge to finish.
Total idea generation runs across your team. Reflects how actively your team is exploring AI opportunities before committing to a full analysis.
The number of members in your organisation workspace, plus profile completion percentage for admin users.
Up to three in-progress wizard sessions appear as cards directly on the dashboard. Each card shows the use case name, the current wizard step, and a progress bar showing how much of the 4-step wizard has been completed.
Clicking a draft card takes you directly to the next incomplete step — no need to navigate through the wizard from the beginning. All progress is saved automatically.
Below the drafts, a table lists your team's completed analyses with the use case name, primary goal, completion date, and report status. Clicking a row opens the full implementation report — useful for revisiting the rationale behind a previous decision or sharing with a new stakeholder.
For admin users, an Owner column shows which team member produced each report.
The dashboard becomes more valuable as more team members complete analyses. At 3 or more completed analyses, the Team Insights view unlocks automatically — giving leaders a cross-team portfolio view including readiness scores, signal breakdowns, WSJF prioritisation, and ROI timelines.
Learn how Team Insights worksThe Readiness Snapshot recalculates after each completed analysis and after any update to your Organisation Profile. Changes typically reflect within minutes.
All members of your organisation workspace can see the dashboard. Admin users see additional columns in the reports table (Owner) and the full team size metric in the stats row.
The main dashboard shows your individual progress plus org-level headline metrics. Team Insights is the dedicated cross-team analytics view — five structured pages covering portfolio readiness, prioritisation, signal breakdowns, friction points, and ROI. It unlocks once 3 analyses are complete.
